Ignatian Spiritual Exercises in everyday life lasting 12 to 30 days

The Injigo Community offers the flexibility of short spiritual exercises in everyday life lasting 12 to 30 days, which participants can conveniently do from the comfort of their homes. This flexibility is designed to accommodate your busy schedule and personal preferences.
By engaging in prayer with biblical texts and discerning prayer experiences with a prayer companion, one can embark on a transformative journey of personal growth. This journey can lead to a closer relationship with God, a better understanding of oneself and one’s loved ones, and a more organized daily life.

Our prayer companions, who are experienced in spiritual guidance, are here to support and accompany participants throughout this journey. They will conduct strictly confidential personal telephone interviews about their prayer experience. We will also organize prayer meetings via video conference (the Zoom application) with instructions for prayer and participants’ testimonies. They are not alone on this journey.

This program includes one daily meditation lasting 40 or 60 minutes, weekly prayer meetings, instructions via video conference (Zoom), and telephone conversations with a prayer companion about prayer experiences.

March 17 – 29, 2025:
12-Day Spiritual Exercises in Everyday Life – Who Am I? My Calling. 
This program features one daily meditation of 40 or 60 minutes, prayer meetings with instructions via video conference (Zoom), and telephone conversations with a prayer companion about prayer experiences.
